Remote globally | B2B Contract Role Overview The Affiliate Manager will spearhead the growth, oversight, and enhancement of affiliate partnerships throughout Latin American markets. Collaborating with internal teams and general partners, this position emphasizes securing high-quality traffic, fostering strong relationships, and achieving tangible revenue expansion region-wide. Duties & Responsibilities Scout, recruit, and integrate affiliate partners in LATAM, such as websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and networks Cultivate enduring relationships with affiliates to boost performance, interaction, and loyalty Design and refine CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals alongside the operating team Track core metrics like FTDs, ROI, conversions, retention, and traffic quality, launching improvements as required Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product groups to sync affiliate efforts with promotions, campaigns, and local strategies Guarantee adherence to brand standards, regulations, and company policies among affiliates Identify and address fraud, poor traffic quality,



and breaches of rules Oversee affiliate tracking tools for precise reporting, attribution, and payouts Develop performance summaries, projections, and strategic recommendations for leadership Perform market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities in LATAM Serve as company representative at trade shows, networking gatherings, and partner sessions as needed Requirements At least 3 years in Affiliate Management in iGaming industry with significant Argentinian market involvement preferred Deep knowledge of major Argentinian region.
