solving a last-minute venue issue. Experienced in pharmaceutical
and healthcare events, you’re organised, hands-on and proactive —
the kind of person who spots problems before they become disasters
and enjoys making complex events feel effortless. What you’ll be
doing In this position, you’ll join a team fully dedicated to one
of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Coordinate and
deliver multiple pharmaceutical and healthcare events from briefing
to execution, including attendee management, logistics and on-site
support Support the implementation of client event processes,
compliance requirements and operational standards across all
project phases Manage day-to-day communication with clients,
suppliers and attendees to ensure smooth event delivery and a
high-quality participant experience Handle timelines,
registrations, budgets, reporting and Cvent-related tasks with
strong attention to detail and accuracy Work closely with teammates
across different projects, proactively solving issues and
supporting the overall success of the team Must haves (We really
mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not
be considered.) 5+ years of event project management experience
within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including
end-to-end attendee management and event delivery Previous
experience working in an event agen
