WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Reporting into the Global Data & Analytics Lead, the Data Support Lead is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for the stability, responsiveness, and governance of production data environments across Snowflake, Power BI, and SAP (Datasphere & SAC). With a strong background in data operations and incident management, the role ensures production reliability,



structured triage processes, and continuous improvement of support workflows. The position combines strong technical understanding, operational leadership, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own and lead the end-to-end incident management process (detection, triage, resolution, post-mortem). Act as the primary gatekeeper for operational requests, protecting engineering and analytics teams from reactive disruption. Define and monitor SLAs, resolution times, and service quality KPIs. Establish structured support tiers (L1–L3) and clear escalation pathways. Coordinate with Platform, Engineering, Analytics, and Governance leads to resolve root causes and prevent recurrence.
