? Looking for a Freelance Digital & CRM Operations Manager for ProReset

As Fractional Marketing Director for ProReset, I’m continuing to build the team and am now looking for a hands-on Digital & CRM Operations Manager to work closely with me and our Sales team.

For this role, I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the technical ecosystem connecting our website, CRM, analytics, SEO and lead management operations.

What we are looking for:
— Strong hands-on CRM experience — Freshsales, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
— Hands-on experience managing websites and CMS platforms
— Experience building and optimizing landing pages and lead capture forms
— Experience with CRM automation, lead routing and lead management workflows
— Strong understanding of GA4, tracking, attribution and Google Search Console
— Working knowledge of technical and on-page SEO
— Experience building dashboards and actionable KPI reporting
— Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor website adjustments
— Comfortable working with and coordinating developers and technical partners
— Proactive,



autonomous and highly solution-oriented
— Professional English; Spanish is a plus

What the role involves:
— Managing and continuously improving our CRM and lead workflows
— Managing website updates, landing pages and ongoing digital optimization
— Implementing agreed SEO improvements
— Ensuring tracking, attribution, forms and integrations work correctly
— Improving CRM data quality, automation and reporting
— Building dashboards across marketing, leads, pipeline and revenue
— Identifying digital and operational bottlenecks and proactively recommending solutions
— Supporting the connection between Marketing and Sales from lead acquisition through the commercial pipeline

I’m particularly interested in someone who doesn’t simply identify that something isn’t working, but takes ownership of finding the solution, implementing what they can, and coordinating the right specialist when needed.
