The Role
- Prospecting, Strategising and Qualifying the best leads with the Account Executives.
- Engage with prospects via high volume cold-calling, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach.
- Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Sales team.
- Create your own strategy to seek and analyse prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.
- Analyse prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions.
- Confirm Clients needs,



develop initial clients profile and help to build the most personalised solution;
- Collaborate with multiple teams.

Your Profile
- You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- You bring experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Project Management, or similar.
- You are driven, persistent, and have a strong desire to succeed.
- A sales mindset comes naturally to you – achieving goals motivates you.
- You’re well-organised and comfortable using CRM tools to stay on top of tasks.
- You're confident making outbound calls and enjoy engaging with prospects.
- A true team player who is also self-motivated and proactive.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and embrace new challenges.
