Gong is seeking a GTM Compensation Leader to own end-to-end sales compensation strategy, design, and operations. You will bridge RevOps, Finance, and Field leadership, translating GTM strategy into plans that drive the right rep behavior and scale with the business.
You will lead the comp team, own the ICM/SPM platform (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Varicent, Everstage), and manage plan changes with governance and audit-ready controls.
