Responsibilities

Obtain clearance and rights information from the Account Management and Production teams.




Gather usage details provided by the Account Management and Production teams (visual talent, music, voice-over talent, etc.), ensuring that rights cover the intended usage period.
Attend team status meetings to monitor rights expiration dates and project timelines.
Manage billing and prepare usage rights reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law.
A Master's Degree in Intellectual Property will be considered a plus.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
Interest in audiovisual production and advertising campaigns.
Strong commercial skills (negotiation with rights holders, talent, and other suppliers).
Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
Highly organized.
Strong attention to detail.
Analytical thinking skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
