About this role
As the EMEA Promo, Mix & RGM Tools Lead, you will shape how promotional investment and product mix are managed across Decorative Paints in EMEA. You will set the standards for evaluating promotional effectiveness,



identify opportunities to improve revenue and margin through better mix management, and lead the development of digital tools and data foundations that enable teams to make better commercial decisions. Working closely with Sales, Brand & Category, Digital and other stakeholders across multiple markets, you will turn complex data and insights into practical actions that deliver measurable business impact.Key responsibilities

Define and maintain a consistent approach to evaluating promotional effectiveness, including baseline, uplift and return on investment, and establish post-event evaluation discipline across EMEA markets.
Analyse promotional performance by channel, retailer and category, and use insights to guide future investment decisions.
Set promotional strategies, principles and investment guidelines across key channels, and support market teams in prioritising opportunities.
Track and forecast the impact of price, volume and product mix on revenue
