Agmakina Group is a leading real estate management and development company in Bali. With over a decade of experience, the group delivers comprehensive solutions in real estate development, property management, and related services for both local and international clients. You'll lead the revenue strategy across a multi-property portfolio — not just executing pricing changes, but owning the analysis, the strategy, and the results. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who thrives deep in the numbers: you'll live inside dynamic pricing tools daily, spot patterns others miss, and turn insight into pricing decisions that move occupancy and ADR across dozens of listings simultaneously. Monitor and manage listings across OTAs (Airbnb,, and others), ensuring pricing, availability, and content are optimized and aligned across channels
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis (comp sets, demand trends, local events) to inform pricing decisions
Track and analyze key revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, pace) and translate findings into actionable recommendations




Build and maintain revenue performance reports for property owners and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with property management and reservations teams to align pricing strategy with on-the-ground operations
Support Channel Manager (Cloudbeds) configuration and troubleshooting as it relates to rate and availability distribution
Continuously test and refine pricing rules based on performance data
4+ years of proven experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or OTA channel management, ideally managing multiple properties or a distributed portfolio simultaneously xhfqzwm (hospitality, short-term rentals, or vacation rentals strongly preferred)
~ Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
