Mitte is a B2B platform transforming the parking and mobility industry. Our mission is to simplify the complex landscape of parking operators, acting as the integration and data-standardization backbone that connects every player in the industry — we're the bridge between payment apps, hardware, and operators. We're looking for a foundational member of our sales team to help us find and engage the parking operators who stand to benefit most from Mitte, building the pipeline that will fuel our growth.

Mitte is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
You'll work closely with our VP of Sales, Head of Sales Development, Head of Sales Operations, our Account Executives, and your fellow SDRs.
As an SDR, you're the engine behind our sales pipeline. Your goal is to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
We invest heavily in coaching: you'll get hands-on mentorship from our sales leadership team as you grow your sales career. And once you've consistently proven yourself in the SDR role, two paths open up — move into full-cycle sales,



owning deals yourself from first contact all the way through close, or grow into leading and coaching our SDR team as we scale.

You'll work closely with our Enrichment Team to pinpoint ownership and key decision makers, so you can prioritize the right accounts and keep our Salesforce data clean.
Outreach: Run multi-channel sequences — personalized emails, phone calls, texts, LinkedIn, and social selling.
Schedule qualified meetings for your Account Executives and hand them thorough account research and call context for a smooth transition — you own that handoff end to end.
Once you've consistently hit your SDR targets and demonstrated strong qualification and account judgment, two paths open up — run full-cycle deals yourself (prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing) instead of only passing meetings to an AE, or grow into leading and coaching Mitte's SDR team as it scales.
