About the role

The Head of Risk & Compliance is responsible for leading Infront's Group Risk &
Compliance function and ensuring effective enterprise risk management,
compliance and governance arrangements are embedded across the organisation. The




role provides independent oversight and constructive challenge through a
federated model, in which business and technology functions remain accountable
for identifying, assessing and managing their risks and complying with
applicable requirements.

Owning the Group Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance frameworks, the role
provides Executive Management and the Board with a clear, evidence-based view of
Infront's risk and compliance position. It leads a small, hands-on Risk &
Compliance team and works closely with the Head of Information Security and
leaders across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal and Commercial
functions.
