As a Production Supervisor - Natural Colors, you will be responsible for controlling, programming and supervising the necessary operations, material and human resources, applying production plans, quality, food safety We are looking for a person with deep knowledge on natural color processes and equipment, plus good understanding of natural colors formulations and pigments behaviour to smoothly support in processing challenges. * Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to the production schedule and established work methods. * Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety, food safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Train and support production operators in machine operation, format changes, and basic preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities. * Operate reactors, monitoring and controlling key process variables as required. * Coordinate and oversee sampling activities in accordance with established procedures at each stage of the production process. * Identify and report occupational health, safety, and environmental risks associated with equipment and production activities, following established procedures. * Complete production documentation and process reports accurately, ensuring alignment with process monitoring requirements. * Identify maintenance needs and coordinat
