What you will do ? : This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Labor Relations We are seeking a People Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations * Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs. * Improve our performance review, supporting our management in delivering review KPIs and updating our policies.
