At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level.
As an SDR at Factorial, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales process. You’ll be at the frontline of identifying and qualifying opportunities, whether generated by you, through marketing initiatives, or from our incredible Outbound Lead Generation team.
Engage Leads: Execute multi-touch and multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and cold calling) to connect with prospects.
Qualify Opportunities: Qualify leads and book them to our Account Executives (AEs) to close the deal.
Master Sales Skills: Learn on the job with plenty of support, training, and tools in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Learn the Tools of the Trade: Get hands-on with the best tools for success - profiling tools, sales automation platforms, CRM, scripts, and sequencing frameworks.
Forge strong bonds with your team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Outbound Lead Generation, Account Executives, Sales RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Be Bold & Creative: Execute engaging, multi-touch campaigns across channels like email, LinkedIn, video prospecting, and cold calling. Native Spanish speaker with at least a B1 level of English (written and spoken).
Passionate about HR and technology, with a love for digital innovation.
Sales Pro: Prior experience in sales development within a B2B SaaS or Tech company? Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HubSpot (our CRM system) and other prospecting or sales automation tools is a great advantage.
