Tracelink is looking for a Contract Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Sales Talent Acquisition Team. In this full life-cycle role, you will be responsible for sourcing,



interviewing, and closing top tier Sales and Marketing talent. In this highly visible role, you will play a critical role in supporting the rapid expansion of our Sales and Marketing organizations. We are looking for a true corporate-side head-hunter.
The role is open to support the rapid expansion of the Sales and Marketing teams. During this time support may also be required in our Market Development, Sales Ops, Presales, and Business Management groups.

Responsibilities:
- Define the talent acquisition strategy for roles including Account Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Directors, Marketing and Presales.
- Frequently build campaigns in LinkedIn to attract well qualified top tier sales talent to TraceLink’s open roles.
- Develop pipelines of highly qualified talent for open positions.
