At Ayvens we have an opening for an experienced Data Engineer for Risk & Compliance IT.

What are you going to do?
As our new Data Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data solutions that support Risk & Compliance processes. You’ll gather business needs, perform gap analysis, write functional specifications, conduct unit and user acceptance tests, and coordinate production deployments. Your role combines technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
You will report to Team Leader Risk & Compliance IT.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, operate, and optimize our data and BI platforms.
- Create scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes and continuously enhance them.
- Integrate, model, and consolidate data from various sources according to business requirements.
- Ensure the quality, performance,



and stability of data processes.
- Develop and maintain interfaces to internal and external systems.
- Automate data and reporting processes and optimize existing workflows.
- Support business departments in creating reports and analyses and further develop reporting structures.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable and efficient data solutions.

Who are we looking for?
The adecuado candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage complex projects. Aside from being a seasoned software engineer, you have the interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and ensure successful delivery.
You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and:
- Solid knowledge of SQL, relational and non-relational databases, and ETL/ELT processes.
