In this role you will
- Work in close cooperation with game designers and product managers to create the monetization, system, and economy design of new games.
- Improve the monetization of existing Outfit7 games by optimizing their economy, IAP offers, ads, etc.
- Analyze the work of competitors, as well as other top-performing games and games with interesting features.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within the department, including sharing the findings of any professional analysis and independent research

What we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of IAP driven game monetization.
- Good knowledge of system and economy design.




- Good knowledge of economics and statistics.
- Knowledge and understanding of game design fundamentals.
- Knowledge of simulation approaches.
- Clear understanding of what makes a good game.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Positive, make-it-happen attitude.

Your experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Monetization Designer in the gaming industry.
- Experience with various IAP game monetization approaches and best practices.
- Familiarity with methods of data analytics and statistics is a plus.
