Monotype is seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager Spanish Speaking to join our growing EMEA Sales team. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of existing enterprise clients, building deep relationships, driving adoption,



and identifying new revenue opportunities that help brands unlock the full potential of Monotype’s creative and technology solutions. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong business acumen, a passion for helping clients succeed, and a track record of growing accounts through consultative selling. You’ll have the autonomy to lead strategic conversations, identify opportunities for expansion, and deliver measurable results within some of the world’s most recognized brands.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, achieving and exceeding retention and expansion targets of 90%+.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to uncover opportunities, increase adoption, and drive revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client challenges and aligning Monotype’s solutions to their business objectives.
