What does the job look like?
Linfox Intermodal have a unique opportunity for an industry professional to step into a strategic role focused on driving customer growth based in West Melbourne. Working closely with Operations, Commercial and Leadership teams, you'll lead major customer opportunities from bid and tender through to implementation, helping secure new business and deliver solutions that strengthen our network and customer partnerships. Key areas:
- Lead end-to-end tender and bid processes from opportunity identification through to implementation
- Deliver data-driven customer solutions and commercial proposals aligned to customer requirements
- Partner with Operational, Commercial, Safety, Legal and Leadership teams to develop winning submissions
- Present Linfox capabilities and value propositions to customers through high-quality submission content and presentations
- Support customer onboarding and implementation activities to ensure a seamless transition into operations
