As a Developer Support Engineer, you’ll provide advanced technical support for complex backend, integration, database, and configuration issues across cloud and self-hosted environments.
You’ll investigate challenging technical problems using logs, SQL queries, APIs, scripts, and system diagnostics.
The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with close collaboration across Support, Engineering, and Product teams.
You’ll help customers resolve high-impact issues while identifying defects, developing workarounds, and improving technical documentation.
You’ll work with distributed applications, REST APIs, Linux environments, networking, and Kubernetes in a technically sophisticated setting.
The position offers significant autonomy, with opportunities to influence product quality and strengthen internal technical knowledge.

Accountabilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for backend services, integrations, databases, configurations, and application behavior across cloud and self-hosted environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide escalation support for complex or high-impact incidents.
- Troubleshoot installations, upgrades, migrations, performance issues, and environment-specific problems.
- Analyze application logs, support bundles, database queries, API traffic, and system metrics to identify root causes.
- Use development and environment inspection tools to debug application behavior across multiple technical layers.
- Identify, reproduce, and document software defects and collaborate with Engineering on resolution and workarounds.
