About the role

At SCRM, we are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join our AdOps area based in the very center of Barcelona. Your main responsibilities will be to develop, create, and manage advertising campaigns for our partners. The area you will be working in provides AdOps services for various channels, including for our loyalty app which is available in over 28 European countries.

In this Role, you’ll get to?
- Review marketing content and URLs and monitor performance & quality.
- Identify and propose potential optimizations to our advertising partners.
- Proactively develop and present ideas for improvements to performance and service quality.
- Work at the intersection between our sales team, agencies, customers, and external providers.
- Create and manage campaigns, as well as relevant adjustment on a technical level, across the AdServer, Data Management Platform, and/or tracking tools.

Required Skills ?




- Strong interest in online marketing and new media technologies.
- High level of English is required, while German and/or Spanish would be appreciated. Any other languages are also a plus.
- A degree in a relevant field (eg. Computer Science, Digital Media) or at least 2 years of relevant experience in online marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and results on relevant digital marketing and programmatic campaigns KPIs (and how they can be optimized).
- Understanding of our Programmatic advertising/technology partners (eg. Google DV360, Active Agent, PromoteIQ, TheAdex, Xandr, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ...) is a plus.
- you are detail-oriented with an agile mindset and excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working independently to deliver based on your media experience.
