YOUR ROLE

As Administration Manager at Melbourne Cleaning Supplies, you’ll oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the business while leading a small Customer Service team and supporting the wider Sales Team.

You’ll ensure office systems, customer service processes and business administration run efficiently, while maintaining accurate records, improving workflows and providing reporting and operational support to management.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and support two Customer Service Representatives,



managing escalated enquiries and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Manage business administration, systems, records and reporting, including SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Support the Sales Team with quotations, tenders, pricing schedules, customer proposals, account information and sales reporting.
- Identify and implement improvements across administrative processes, customer service and operational workflows.
- Prepare business reports, presentations and documentation to support management decision-making and operational planning.
