What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Order Management, Customer Operations, Customer Service or similar operational roles.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Navision experience is highly valued).
- Experience coordinating suppliers, distributors, deliveries and order processing activities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Fluent Spanish and English, with English being used daily in an international environment.
- Additional European languages will be considered a plus.
- Experience with procurement, e-commerce or ordering platforms is highly valued.
