About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, within the Marketing & Commerce department, the Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating group business from key international and domestic markets. This includes developing strategic relationships with meeting planners, event agencies, and corporate clients, while managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and proposals to contracting and pre-event coordination.

This role involves creating tailored group offers, managing leads and RFPs, organizing site inspections, and ensuring seamless coordination with operational departments to deliver extraordinary group experiences in line with Mandarin Oriental standards.
