Key Responsibilities: * Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting, negotiation to closing * Researching client needs, challenges, and opportunities. * Developing and implement strategies to secure new business. * Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations. * Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals. * Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts. * Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Required Skills and Experience: * Highly fluent in Polish (C2) & English (B2) * 6-12 months of experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales involving cold calls * Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach. * Willingness to move to Madrid,
