As a Hunter, you will:
- Drive and achieve sales targets and quotas
- Focus on acquiring new clients while reactivating existing or inactive accounts
- Prospect and engage new customers through structured sales cadences
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within target companies
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Conduct outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings for Sales Specialists and Account Managers
- Use consultative selling techniques to understand and address customer needs
- Apply advanced sales skills to engage prospects, cross-sell, upsell, and close deals
- Build and manage a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Track, manage, and report on sales activities and pipeline performance
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
