THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll play an important role in delivering the premium M.J. Bale experience at Chadstone.
You’ll help customers find the right pieces for work, weekends, weddings and everything in between while contributing to the success of the store during peak trade.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating genuine connections and delivering memorable customer experiences
• Providing confident styling and product advice
• Contributing to individual and store sales targets
• Supporting the team during busy peak-trade periods
• Maintaining premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assisting with stock replenishment, transactions and daily store operations
