Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and control activities for our Spanish operations while contributing to the broader European and global finance organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, local statutory compliance,



and seamless alignment with global accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
You will work closely with regional and global finance teams, support audit readiness, strengthen internal controls, and help drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and reporting.
What You Will Do
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for the Spanish/Iberian legal entity in accordance with IFRS and corporate US GAAP (SOX) reporting requirements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze entity-level statutory and management financial statements.
- Support consolidated group reporting and manage intercompany accounting activities.
- Ensure accurate foreign currency accounting and multi-currency reporting.
- Partner with global finance teams and support consolidated financial statements.

Compliance, Controls & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Spanish statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
