TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Weir Views

This lovely primary school was recently built to support the growing population of Weir Views. As a supported inclusion school the facilities are tailored to support children with a wide range of needs and TeamKids were delighted to be selected as the OSHC provider.

We are looking to recruit that special kind of person who sees the potential in every child,



is experienced supporting primary aged children with a wide a range of needs and who always puts the "fun" in everything they do You will be someone that thrives in a fast paced environment and does so with a smile on your face. As a leader you will be experienced at leading by example, nurturing and upskilling your team and building productive relationships with all stakeholders.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 6:30 - 9:00am
After School Care: 2:00 - 6:30pm
Admin: 3
Total Hours: 38

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
