We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Madera, CA. Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and mobility assistance preferred.
Ability to follow treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist and document patient progress in electronic medical records.
