What You'll Do

* Partner with senior leadership to define and complete a forward-looking HSE
strategy aligned to business objectives.

* Champion a high-performance safety culture that prioritizes psychological
safety, wellbeing, and proactive risk management.

* Act as a trusted advisor to executives and regional leaders on HSE risks,
trends, and opportunities.

* Foster strong employee engagement through safety campaigns, communications,




and recognition programs.

* Drive leadership accountability and capability in safety through coaching,
mentoring, and performance frameworks.

* Ensure full compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, standards, and
regulatory requirements across EMEA.

* Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, policies, and standards
to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines.

* Lead enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
strategies, including critical risk management.

* Coordinate internal and external audit programs, ensuring timely closure of
actions and continuous improvement.

* Drive maturity of HSE systems through data-led insights, benchmarking, and
adoption of integral guidelines.

* Analyze trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities, advising
strategic decision-making.
