You will report to our CMO and join the Marketing team. On TheOrg you can view the complete structure of our organisation, including information about every team member, hiring managers and the size of each department.

Who We Are Looking For ✏️
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role, with the expectation that you'll help build out the function over time. You'll own how Rocket.Chat's product shows up in the market: what we say about it, who we say it to, and how sales and partners bring it to customers. We're looking for a self-starter who's comfortable in a fast-paced, still-evolving environment — someone who thrives on change and demonstrates strong resilience. Our buyers are a narrow and specific set. Defense programs and intelligence agencies running classified, air-gapped, and DDIL networks. NATO bodies and European ministries of defence.



The federal system integrators and primes who embed us in the solutions they deliver to governments. National ministries, EU institutions, and UK central government departments that cannot put sensitive data in commercial SaaS. For this mission, you'll work closely with Product, Sales, and the rest of the Marketing team.

Mandatory Hard Skills ?
At least 5 years in product marketing at a B2B or enterprise software company, owning messaging, positioning, and product launches end-to-end. We care more about what you've shipped and how it performed than the exact number on your resume — a strong track record with a bit less tenure is a real option.
Experience running product marketing at early-stage, growth-stage software start-ups.
A track record of translating technical product capabilities into clear, credible messaging for both technical and business buyers.
Experience building sales and partner enablement content that actually gets used.
