About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives,



from tech to customer support.

We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to help scale the financial control environment in France. Sitting within the 1st line of defence (1LoD), you'll build a best-in-class framework, where you'll directly oversee and improve controls, not just advise on them.

What You'll Be Doing

Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks
Designing, implementing, and testing controls
Developing and testing key procedures
Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
Registering risk events, managing, and delivering risk incident reports
Promote positive behaviours relating to risk, to ensure a robust risk culture across the business

What You'll Need

A 2:1 degree from a top university
4+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services
Knowledge of internal control frameworks and as
