Small Meeting Manager

We’re looking for a proactive,



detail-oriented Small Meeting Manager to lead the planning and execution of speaker programs and small meetings from start to finish.

In this role, you will manage sourcing, budgets, registration websites, meeting materials, and onsite execution for assigned events. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and suppliers while ensuring every meeting is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations and compliance standards.
