Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to provide both onsite and remote service and support for our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) instruments, ensuring optimal system performance. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance service quality and customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair,



and perform preventive maintenance on NGS sequencing systems following documented procedures.
- Install and decommission NGS sequencing systems at clinical sites in compliance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities.
- Coordinate service tasks with site personnel and ensure smooth operation.
- Provide technical phone support and assistance to customers.
- Assist in resolving technical issues before sequencing system installations.
- Train colleagues and partners on NGS sequencing system maintenance and servicing.
- Develop and update service instruction documentation.
- Recommend design improvements to enhance system reliability, serviceability, and user experience.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
