Role Description The BIM Manager for Interior Design Projects, will oversee the creation, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models for hospitality interior projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all design and documentation phases. This full-time role is based on-site in Madrid and involves close collaboration with designers, architects, and external consultants to integrate interior design, architecture, and construction requirements into cohesive digital models. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing BIM standards and workflows, producing and reviewing construction drawings, supervising model updates, and supporting project teams in the use of BIM tools.



The BIM Manager will also assist in furniture and fixture integration within models, coordinate with contractors for implementation, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital design processes.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Design Management and Interior Design, with experience in hospitality or commercial projects.
Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, including coordination of multidisciplinary documentation.
Experience integrating Furniture and interior elements into BIM models and project documentation.
Advanced proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and CAD tools, with knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English
