Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
Analyze complex customer issues and provide effective, high-quality solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in our internal CRM systems.
Collaborate with international team members to share best practices and improve service delivery standards.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to end-users.
Represent the company brand with professionalism, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to excellence in the Customer Support Services industry.
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs as defined by the department, qualifying for additional monthly performance bonuses.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ideal for a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.
