Role Description The Insurance Agent (Agente de seguros) at Occident is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vinaroz, with the possibility to perform some tasks from home.



The role focuses on advising new and existing clients on suitable insurance products across general, health, life, savings, and investment lines, ensuring that coverage matches their needs and risk profile. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring clients, conducting needs analysis, preparing and presenting insurance proposals, managing policy applications and renewals, and providing ongoing customer support. The Insurance Agent will handle claims guidance, maintain accurate records in company systems, and collaborate with colleagues, intermediaries, and other professionals to ensure high service standards. The role also involves meeting sales and service targets, staying up to date on Occident’s product portfolio and regulatory requirements, and representing the brand professionally in the local community.
