SALES REPRESENTATIVE - PERSONAL CARE

To support the delivery of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Personal Care team. The purpose of the role is to achieve the sales plan and budget by developing new business through the identification of potential sales opportunities and by maintaining and growing current business.

To engage with customers, mainly visiting face to face, in order to promote products.

To coordinate projects with them, following up new leads and sample requests to convert into sales and to identify and report customer needs and business on risk.

A Degree level technical background or equivalent in a science related discipline, preferably Chemistry. A master's degree in cosmetics and/or sales management is desirable.

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position in the Personal Care Business.

Experience in B2B sales (selling) will be essential, including discussions of technical concepts with customers.

Relevant industry, market & product knowledge or ability to develop this quickly.

Highly proficient technical selling and ability to communicate technical concepts to customers with strong industry, market and product knowledge.
