Role Description The Concession Store Manager (Temporary) is a full-time, on-site role based in Valencia, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Michael Kors concession within a partner retail environment. This role focuses on delivering an elevated customer experience, leading and coaching the team,



and ensuring brand standards are consistently met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales targets, monitoring inventory and merchandising, coordinating visual displays, and maintaining high levels of service on the shop floor. The manager will handle scheduling, performance feedback, and training, while tracking budgets and sales performance to support business objectives. Collaboration with regional management and the host store team is essential to ensure seamless operations and alignment with Michael Kors brand guidelines.
