Job Purpose:
TD SYNNEX Academy is the technical training and certification division of TD SYNNEX, helping partners and end customers develop the skills, certifications, and technical capabilities needed to succeed in an evolving technology landscape.
As Training Program Manager,



you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of vendor-authorized training and certification programs across Europe. Working closely with vendors, country Academy teams, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure programs are successfully launched, adopted, optimized, and aligned with both vendor requirements and market needs.
This is a highly collaborative program management position focused on driving the success of Academy initiatives, improving program performance, and enabling consistent execution across the European region.
What You'll Do:
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic vendor training and certification programs across Europe.
Act as the primary Academy contact for assigned vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring successful program execution.
Drive the rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of vendor programs across multiple countries.
Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, effectiveness,
