Job Summary:
Supermicro is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Manager with experience in planning and conducting impartial workplace investigations. This role involves strategic partnership with HR, legal, and leadership to manage risk, provide consultation on complex cases, analyze investigation data to identify trends, and develop proactive strategies to improve organizational health.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead impartial, fact-based investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination,



policy violations, and other workplace issues.
Manage a caseload of sensitive issues, ensuring investigations are conducted efficiently and resolved in a timely manner.
Design and execute investigative plans, conduct interviews, analyze evidence, and document findings in clear, comprehensive, and professional investigation reports.
Ensure all investigations and employee relations matters comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide expert guidance and coaching to HR business partners, managers, and leadership on complex employee relations issues, risk mitigation, and corrective actions.
Utilize case management systems to track and analyze investigation data, identify recurring issues, and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Partner closely with Legal, HR, and Ethics & Compliance teams to manage escalated risks and ensure consistency in handlin
