Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated candidate for a French Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is ideal for gaming enthusiasts looking to launch their career in a fast-paced environment where they can provide essential support to players within the dynamic Gaming & Esports sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex user inquiries via email and ticket systems for our French-speaking gaming community.
Monitor gaming platforms for policy violations and ensure a fair play environment for all users.
Analyze player trends and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the gaming experience.
Handle account-related concerns,



including security verification and billing support, with high precision.
Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes within the Gaming & Esports division.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support interactions to ensure internal reporting standards are met.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest gaming titles and community trends.
Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role.
A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants seeking jobs in Bulgaria.
A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English to facilitate communication within our international office.
