Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium-level support to French-speaking clients through omnichannel communication including email, chat, and phone.
Represent our clients with excellence, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects a commitment to quality in the customer support services sector.




Resolve complex inquiries and technical issues with efficiency and empathy to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes and elevate the standard of customer experience provided.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within our CRM systems to track performance metrics accurately.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and authoritative information to end-users.
Contribute to a high-performance office culture where individual and team targets are consistently met.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate environment.
