Key Responsibilities
Monitor and moderate user-generated content on integral social media platforms to ensure community standards are upheld.
Analyze complex reports regarding policy violations, including harassment, misinformation, and sensitive material.
Maintain a safe digital environment by taking proactive measures against harmful trends within the social media ecosystem.




Collaborate with international teams to refine safety protocols and escalation procedures.
Provide high-quality linguistic and cultural expertise for French-speaking markets to ensure accurate content interpretation.
Track and report emerging safety risks to management, ensuring consistent quality and performance benchmarks are met.
Participate in regular strategy sessions to improve workflow efficiency within our specialized social media safety teams.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for this relocation opportunity).
Strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends.
Ability to maintain focus and resilience when viewing sensitive digital content.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or customer support is considered a strong advantage.
