Job Description
We are looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist profile to join our IT team. The position provides advanced technical support to internal users across different countries and integral regions, while also contributing to system administration and network operations to ensure stable and secure IT services.

Key responsibilities:
Endpoint Operations & Support
Provide Level 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and device management issues.
Manage incidents through their full lifecycle and perform root cause analysis.
Support user onboarding, offboard
