The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Head of M&A; to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:
In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.
You will:
Lead end-to-end M&A; processes — from origination and evaluation to negotiation, closing, and post-merger integration.
Build the Group’s internal M&A; capability, defining processes, tools, governance, and best practices.
Develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with the Group’s growth priorities.
