THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to join us in growing Hooks & Needles, one of our creative brands built around crochet and knitting

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves staying organized, spotting the little details others miss, and making sure things actually get done. You’ll work across product development, customer feedback, marketing,



and day-to-day brand projects, helping keep everything running smoothly and looking for ways to make things better.

Crochet or knitting knowledge is a big advantage here. Understanding the craft helps you get our products, understand our customers, and spot issues they might notice.

? What You'll Be Doing

? Product Development

Help develop and improve products for Hooks & Needles.
Review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy and quality.
Work with creators and internal teams to bring projects to life.

? Customer Feedback

Review customer feedback and spot trends, issues, and opportunities.
Turn insights into ideas for improving products and the customer experience.

? Market Research

Keep up with crochet and knitting trends.
Research new ideas, products, and opportunities for the brand.

? Customer Support & Community

Help with product-related customer questions and
