We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer (Electrical) to join our team on a large-scale PV / BESS projects based in Australia & New Zealand. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in large electrical infrastructure, including the installation of switchgear, transformers, inverters, and cabling, ideally with experience in energy storage, substations, or large-scale electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities




- Supervise and coordinate all electrical construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documentation before execution.
- Monitor installation works related to MV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, inverters, battery systems, SCADA, communication systems, and associated electrical equipment.
- Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
- Ensure electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project schedules, and applicable international standards.
- Support inspection activities, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems.
- Prepare and review inspection requests (IRs), work inspection records, punch lists, and daily progress reports.
