Job summary
The Marketing Data Operations Analyst supports the Roiback Digital Marketing team by ensuring the accuracy of campaign data used for invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting. The role is highly operational, with responsibilities focused on billing, reconciliations, and data validation.
This position is adecuado for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in Excel. Knowledge of digital marketing, SQL, or data analysis is a plus, but not essential.



We are looking for someone eager to learn and develop into more technical responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate campaign data for invoicing and financial reporting.
Manage billing and payment spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Review supplier invoices, platform costs, and campaign allocation files.
Reconcile data from multiple sources and investigate discrepancies.
Perform regular data quality checks and validations.
Support monthly billing and reporting processes.
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Maintain clear documentation of processes and issues.
Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data-related projects as skills develop.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.
